Aurora Stenersen (1997, NO) is a photographer and visual storyteller from Henningsvær in Lofoten. She is currently based in The Hague, Netherlands, where she studies photography at The Royal Academy of Art (KABK).
Working with a soft and intimate visual language she often explores topics on belonging, identity, inequality, and sexuality. Exploring the intersection between documentary and art photography, Stenersen works with personal stories to unfold larger themes.
Alongside her artistic practice, she also does commission work.
